3CLogic today said it has raised $4.2 million in funding, bringing its total funding to $9.2 million, and appointed Robert Killory as its chief customer officer (CCO).
The Series B funding round led by Blu Venture Investors will be used to support the expansion of 3CLogic’s call center software-as-a-service (SaaS) business offerings, the company said.
3CLogic President and CEO Raj Sharma told Talkin’ Cloud that part of the funding will also be used to launch joint marketing programs with the company’s channel partners.
“3CLogic has a very robust channel partner program and works with a number of partners to market its cloud-based contact center service,” he said.
Placing Killory into the newly created position will assist 3CLogic with developing strategies and executing programs that aim to improve customer experience, the company said.
